NVT (Holdings) Limited was formed after the purchase of Falcon Engineering Limited by NV Tools Limited.

All the subsidiary companies of both NV Tools Limited and Falcon Engineering Limited were incorporated into the Holding Company to allow further acquisitions to be easily incorporated.

The Holding Company which owns all of the subsidiary companies and their assets including plant, land, buildings etc. is privately owned by Robert Plimmer, Nigel Snape, Peter Bennett and Neil Sutton which allows the feel and care of a family business to be utilised within each of the operating companies.
