Providing electrical power for fire protection, environmental and security installations.

Envetron Standby Power Ltd manufactures a wide range of standby power products which include constant potential chargers, uninterruptable power supplies and standby invertors.

Applications include systems for closed circuit television, public address and voice alarm systems in public buildings, pedestrian / traffic tunnels, underground railway networks, fire and gas detection installations and telecommunications on a world wide scale.

Envetron Printing Equipment Division

The Printing Equipment Division specialises in the design and manufacture of standard and custom built equipment mainly for the mixing, recirculation, filtering and cooling of Fountain Solutions used in the Dampening process of the Printing Presses.

Individual or complete pressroom systems are produced for sheet fed, commercial or web offset and newspaper applications, including spray dampening. Reverse Osmosis systems and Damper Roller Washing Machines are also major contributors to this division.

JET high pressure damper roller washing

 machines have been developed in stainless steel to produce fast, clean, simple and safe operation. Manufactured to the highest standards we present a complete range of machines to suit all press formats from A4 inplant operations through to double width newspaper presses. Both molleton and brush dampers can be cleaned and dried with the JET system. (a set of 3 A3 dampers in less than 2 minutes). Covers last longer and no chemicals required. Options for filtering of the waste water are also offered.

Spray Dampening Recirculation

- units are produced specifically to suit the operating characteristics of the Spray system. Units are manufactured with Stainless Steel tank and frames to create rugged long lasting systems to enhance press operation and press room appearance. The unit can house Premixing, cooling, pressurised recirculation, filtering and ultraviolet bacteria elimination. Microprocessor controls automate pump maintenance and changeover to backup operation.

Silicone Applicators

- for use on web presses to reduce marking and setoff in folding, and subsequent handling, collating, stitching etc. static electricity is reduced allowing full running speed of the process, moisture content can be replaced to eliminate stepping or re-growth in binding from heatset presses. Vertical and horizontal versions are produced. Popular on Forms presses, Book presses and Newspapers.

Reverse Osmosis water purification

- systems provide a chemically stable base for fountain solutions. Systems from 100 to 9000 litres per day are in operation in all printing environments. Generally housed in stainless steel cabinets for superb long term use.

Refrigerated Fountain Solution systems

- built to provide reliable long term service in stainless steel they are manufactured in capacities from 20 to 400 litres. Options for filtering, premixing, suction or gravity returns, Alcohol control and others are available.
